Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Fill each tortilla with apple pie filling, roll, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt butter, sugars, vanilla, and water. Simmer until thickened.

Pour sauce over enchiladas, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake for 25 minutes.
