Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Balls:

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Parmesan, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Shape into 1-inch balls and chill for 15 minutes.

Cook the Chicken Balls:

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken balls for 4-5 minutes, turning until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
