Ingredients

2 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Prep the Lobster Tails: Rinse tails under cold water. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell lengthwise. Gently pry open and lift the meat, placing it on top of the shell.

Season: Brush the meat with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Make Garlic Butter: Mix butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F-400°F). Place tails meat-side down and grill for 5-6 minutes. Flip, brush with garlic butter, and grill for 4-5 minutes until opaque.
