  • Author: Bryan
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Description

Indulge in tender, smoky lobster tails basted with rich garlic butter. Perfectly grilled for a luxurious seafood dish that’s easy to make and perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails (68 oz each)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep the Lobster Tails: Rinse tails under cold water. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell lengthwise. Gently pry open and lift the meat, placing it on top of the shell.

  2. Season: Brush the meat with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  3. Make Garlic Butter: Mix butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.

  4. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F-400°F). Place tails meat-side down and grill for 5-6 minutes. Flip, brush with garlic butter, and grill for 4-5 minutes until opaque.

  5. Serve: Baste with extra garlic butter and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use fresh or properly thawed lobster tails for best results.

  • Avoid overcooking to keep the meat tender and juicy.
